I ordered an adjustable set because for now, as a start of exercises, it's too high, but for sitting back support it passes the test well.

This is a high quality product. I was afraid the foam would be too soft, but let me tell you this thing is stiff. The peaks and ridges you see in pictures are kinda soft, but not entirely, however the entire thing is made with high density foam. It is very light, but very stiff/hard. I weigh just a bit over 100kg (around 190lb) and when i lie down on it, it does not go flat at all, it hold it's shape very well and provides a nice stretch. I bet they'd ask 50eur for this in some back pain specialized regular store. Highly recommended.
