The neck pillow is okay for the price! I have the original from Germany (Blacklaxx) and the intensity is significantly higher due to the longer spikes. I am now using this Chinese pillow for my cheek and ear area; it is just right for my taste.

Arrived and was as pictured. Foam in mat a bit cheaper than other similar products but for the price it's good.

When I ordered gray from another store, I received khaki green instead, so I returned it and bought white here. There is no color equivalent to khaki, and even looking at buyer's image reviews, there is no gray, so gray is likely khaki. Please be aware. I am expecting this generic version of a famous mat to be effective!
